TERENA invites you to register for this year’s TERENA Networking Conference (TNC 2010), which will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, from 31 May - 3 June. “Living the network life” is the theme of TNC 2010, including talks about multi-federation and peer-to-peer roaming, ultra high-definition streaming media distribution, user interaction based on new human-machine interface design principles and new innovative tools for distance teaching and e-collaboration.

Take advantage of the early registration rates, available until April 9 midnight. Registration can be done online or using a downloadable form. Back by popular demand this year, students can apply to attend the conference free of charge: a limited number of free registration places will be available for bona fide postgraduate students. Information about all registration options is available here.

TNC 2010 Theme: "Living the Network Life"

In the past few years, the paradigms of the research and education community have been challenged by emerging trends such as media and content delivery, e-learning and e-research. Moreover, virtual organizations and new forms of collaboration have changed the nature of our interactions and the role of our network identities. TNC 2010 will focus on the technologies and applications involved in this change. The full preliminary program is now available online.

Registration is now open

Vilnius is a popular tourist destination at the end of May and June, so don’t hesitate to book your hotel early and take advantage of early registration discounts!

We hope to see you in Vilnius!
