Announcement: Be an iSGTW columnist!

This could be you!  Image courtesy of Umut Kemal.

iSGTW is looking for people who want to contribute as Back to Basics columnists.

Back to Basics columns will explain basic concepts related to grids, clouds, supercomputers, and scientific computing for readers who are new to eScience. Contributions can be original, or if there is an existing piece to which you have the rights, we can adapt it for iSGTW.

A contributor’s bio will run with each column, including a link to the contributor’s institution or company. This is a great way to raise your profile as an expert, contribute to the eScience community, and gain some goodwill and publicity for your place of work.

To see what the columns will look like, check out this week’s Back to Basics column, Why go parallel? by Darin Ohashi.

If you are interested in contributing, please send us an email.
