Video of the week - Reflections on Grid Computing series

This series of four two-minute videos was recently uploaded to YouTube for all to see. The videos feature pieces of interviews with Jeremy Myerson, the director of innovation at Royal College of Art in London, James Woudhuysen, professor of forecasting and innovation at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom, and Erik Huggers, the director of future media and technology at the BBC.

We often talk about how basic science leads to the development of invaluable spin-off technologies used throughout society. So itís interesting to hear what some outside experts on innovation have to say about the promise of grid computing.

The videos were commissioned by London consultancy firm Radar Station, with support from Shadowsnake Films.
